Rajinikanth will start doing movies

After hospitalization, Rajinikanth was taken to Singapore for treatment. He was admitted to Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore on suspicion nephrological problems and later released on 15 June.

Back in Chennai, is the actor now finds rest and will join the work unfinished footage of the historical action film "Rana" which also stars Deepika Padukone to complete.

"He's resting, he is relaxed," says Dhanush and adds: ". He'll recover and make films"

"We are deeply touched [by the people of love and care]. The whole family is due and grateful," he said.

After his resignation, Rajinikanth wrote a letter to his fans say their prayers and fasting helped him recover.

"I'm good at getting all your love. You have treated me like an older brother, younger brother, friend and one of you in your family," he wrote.

He said he had no words to thank the people and will soon act to "Rana" to make them happy.
